  • Is Legacy Row a licensed vendor?

    Yes, we are an officially licensed and authorized vendor of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    We accept all major US debit and credit cards. We also accept ACH payments exclusively from Jack and Jill of America, Inc. chapters for bulk orders of 10+ of the same item.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Once an order is placed, it can take up to 48 hours for it to be processed. From there, it can take up to 10 business days for an order to be received. Please note that this does not apply to bulk orders. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your order.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    All sales are final. Please double check the size and color of your selections prior to purchase. Most items are made to order and cannot be cancelled once processed.

    To cancel your order, please contact us here within 2 hours of purchase. Requests made after that may not be able to be cancelled.

    If there is a quality issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us here with details and photos.

  • How can I place a bulk order?

    To place a bulk order of an existing design in quantities of 10 or more, please submit an inquiry here.

    Please include which item, quantity, and the ideal receipt date in your email.

  • How can I place a custom order?

    All designs can be customized to include individual names, titles, and chapter names, etc. You may also use your own design you would like used to create a product.

    Please submit an inquiry here to start the process of a custom order. Please note, there is an $5 customization fee per piece for any single custom design, and a flat customization fee of $25 for bulk orders of 10 items or more.
